The Musical Theatre Youth Company provides exceptional musical theatre training
and performance opportunities for 8-16 year olds.
The company runs on Monday evenings at Stageworks Studios, St. Neots.
With the performance's taking place in June at The Place Theatre, Bedford
Over the course the company will be given technical classes in the different aspects of Musical Theatre, guidance on auditioning for the roles and learning to work together as a company to produce a show.
Everyone in the company is important from the ensemble to the lead role.
This year to keep within Covid-19 guidelines each level will work on a musical and we will be taking every step to follow
all the current guidelines set at the time.

Full course fee: Junior Level £288, Senior Level £384
This is split into 7 months from December to June to be paid by standing order.
(this includes the production week and all costumes apart from shoes, tights and underwear)
Stageworks College Singing, Dance and Acting tutor.
Jess completed her full time Performing Arts training at Bodywork Dance Studios and has since appeared as a vocalist with many different bands. She was one of four singers in Best of the West End, a revue style show in Qatar, with Caroline Flack. She spent three months as a vocalist on Splendour of the Seas for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Theatre credits include: Cassie in A Chorus Line – Cambridge Arts Theatre, Swing/ Dance Captain in Godspell UK tour 2002, Swing/Dance Captain in Summer Holiday UK tour 2003 with the lovely Christopher Biggins, after which she went on to play Princess Jasmine alongside “Biggins” in his production of Aladdin at the Cambridge Arts Theatre. Jess has also worked extensively as a session singer, performing with artists such as Tony Hadley, Bobby Davro and Sir Cliff Richard!
Abi started her performing life at Stageworks way back in the Buckden days and continued to Stageworks college. After Stageworks she continued to train in Musical Theatre full time at London Studios Centre.
At college she was fortunate to play several fun roles such as Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray, Bobby in Company & Pilar in Legally Blonde. Abi has since done several cabarets & summer pantos with KD productions, modelled for bridal and hair companies across Cambridgeshire & London including being the face of Book Box Club’s new advertisement & website and stared in a Jingle Bell Ball advert alongside Roman Kemp.
